Butterfly Ceremonies service includes:

• Initial meeting on the Gold Coast or via Skype to discuss your plans and get to know each other 

• Unlimited communication with me as your celebrant via phone and email as we progress to your day

• Legal documentation provided, filled in and submitted on your behalf

• Quality PA system including wireless microphones and capabilities to play your ceremony music 

• Commemorative marriage certificate on the wedding day 

• Steps explained to obtain your official marriage certificate 

• Swarovski signing pens to use for signing on the day

• A personalised ceremony written specifically for you as a couple (draft provided to you for approval)

• Arrival at your ceremony 1 hour prior to bride arrival

• Wardrobe coordination with the bridal party/ your colour scheme to ensure photos are amazing 

• Information on the change of name process should you wish to change your surname

• Inspiration emailed through to assist with your ceremony ideas 

• Assistance with writing your vows and vows cards provided for the wedding day 

• A rehearsal to make sure everyone is comfortable with the plans on the day 

• Wedding day and rehearsal travel included
